Swim Strong is excited to bring you a Community Bulletin Board where you can Advertise Your Businesses, Post Your Job Openings, Post Your Skills, Advertise Your Items For Sale.

Here's how the two month pilot program will work.

For those of you listing in the Business Directory, Help Wanted or Restaurants/Retail sections, you will send us your posting using this form; we will send you an approval note and the link to make a tax deductable $100.00 donation to Swim Strong Foundation via PayPal. Once the donation is recorded, your posting will be added to the site. Please indicate if you agree to provide your services at a 10% discounted rate to patrons identifying themselves as members of the Swim Strong family using our discount coupon.

For those of you posting in the Seeking Employment or Merchandise for Sale sections, you will follow the same process as above but you will be making a tax deductable $25.00 donation to Swim Strong Foundation.

Listing Procedures are as follows:
We will add new postings to the bulletin board every Monday. Your request for listing must be received no later than 9:00 am on Thursday for Monday's listing.

In exchange for the fees you pay in advance, Swim Strong Foundation (“SSF”) will post your listing (including where agreed, a hyperlink to your website) so long as you abide by the terms and conditions that are set out on this page. You represent and warrant that all information provided on the SSF website is complete, accurate, and current, and that you will update all such information as necessary to maintain complete, accurate and current information. The SSF website may not be used for any of the following purposes:

Hacking, which includes, for example penetrating or attempting to access, without authorization, another computer or network. Port scans, stealth scans, and fraudulent credit card "phishing" techniques are also prohibited.
Hosting of files or other data that infringes on another's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Spamming, or sending of bulk unsolicited email. Uploading or linking to any content that violates another's right of publicity or privacy.
Distributing hate speech, or any other content that is obscene, abusing, which could be considered libelous and defamatory.
Providing information used to illegally harm any people or animals; pornography, nudity, sexual products, programs or services; escort services or other content deemed adult related. Profanity is also prohibited.
Use of our website to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account.

All services offered on the SSF website may only be used for lawful purposes. Moreover, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSF from any claims resulting from your posting on our website.
